How to Order.
General:
Ordering your Custom Riders products couldn't be simpler. Just browse the website using the shopping list links on the left hand side, then select categories of the product you want to find. Alternatively you can use our brand finder or keyword search to find what you need. Or, if you know the brand you can go straight to it, under the 'brand' pop-up button, this will bring up all the items by that particular brand. When you see something you want just click the 'add to basket' button to add it to your er... basket. When you have found everything you need, proceed to check out...
Your Privacy:
Custom Riders uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. All credit card transactions take place over a secure connection during transmission ensuring the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
At the checkout stage you will need your credit card and billing details to hand. We accept: VISA,MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, SOLO, SWITCH.
Ordering:
Complete the sequence of three forms and your order will be sent to us. Please note that your credit card is not charged until we despatch your order.

We regret that orders can only be purchased by the person who's name appears on the credit card, the billing address must be the card holder's address.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please call 0870 330 8460 before 2.00pm. If the item(s) have already been despatched you can refuse them or you will have to pay to return them to us.
Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within seven days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be UNUSED or UNWORN (This is in addition to your statutory rights). Please note that we do not pay the cost of return postage, products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.
Your Protection & Ours:
We do a billing address verification, if the details you give us DO NOT match, we will hold your order until we can contact you by telephone, post or email. This is done to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
We will pass on all the details (email, address, credit card number, etc) of any fraudulent orders to the relevant authority.

Here is a run down of our delivery costs.
Postage charges the way it works Mainland. We send most small items by post recorded as a minimum service where there is a 1kg cut off, or special delivery for next day delivery (Post Code dependant see lists below).
The next cut off is at 2kg where we can send recorded or special delivery for next day or by courier or Parcel Force 24 (Post Code dependant see lists below).
The next cut off is at 20kg all items have to be delivered by courier or parcel force 24.

Postage cost is also effected by the Size and value of the parcel even if it is under the weight barrier, goods over £50 may be sent by Special, Courier or Parcel Force 24 so they are covered for loss. Overseas may be best to email first for a quote Info@customriders.com .
Your Post Code has an effect to the way we have to send your parcel. Different areas have a supplement on the price. This works by postcode if you live in one of these areas it affects you.
IM, BT, ZE, HS, IV (over to 2kg), KA 27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, TR21-25,
It can also have an effect on the time it takes for you to receive your parcel it may take 1-2 days longer.
If the price works out cheaper than the selected option we will reduce it for you. If it works out a lot more expensive we may email you first to confirm rates.
For EU and rest of the world shipping, it may be best to call or email for a quote.
