A: Easy... Give us a call on 0870 330 8460 and we can take your order
over the phone.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All orders received by 2 pm for items that we have in stock (most of them) will be dispatched the same day. The time it takes to get to you depends on your shipping method.
UK Recorded Post generally arrives next day, maybe two days!
UK Next Day Courier - just like it says on the tin!
Shipping to EU countrues gernerally takes between 4 and 5 days.
Shipping to the rest of the world can take up to two weeks depending on where
you are.
Q: I'm in a hurry.... Can I get my products next day?
A: Of course.... If you pay by debit or credit card, we can ship your order
on the spot! for delivery next day. If you are in a hurry ALWAYS order before
2pm for NEXT DAY delivery.
Q: What happens if I am not at home when my goods are delivered?
A: Somebody needs to sign for your goods, so if there is nobody at home when
your order is delivered, the postman will leave a card and you will have to
collect your parcel from you local Collection Office. If your order is shipped
by Courier, they will also leave a card for you to collect from them or arrange
a re-delivery.
Q: I don't have a credit card or chequebook, can I pay by Postal Order and how long before I receive my goods?
A: Yes... we accept Postal Orders (in Sterling) and your order will be shipped
within 2-3 days.
Q: What happens if I order something and it is not in stock?
A: We try very hard to keep absolutely every product in stock, obviously some
products are more popular than others and we will always have them in stock.
However, if you order something that is not in stock we will email you to let
you know how long it will take and in some cases we will suggest a replacement.
Rest assured we're rushing to get you your stuff as soon as we can!
Q: I can't see what I'm looking for, can you get it for me?
A: Yes.... If there is something you want that we don't carry, just call us...
we can probably find it for you. Email us at finder@customriders.co.uk.
Q: Can I order from abroad and how can I pay for my goods?
A: Yes you can order from abroad. If your credit/debit card or cheque is from
a British bank you can use it to pay for your goods, otherwise you will need
to send us a Money Order (in Sterling!). Once is clear we will ship your order
by International Recorded Delivery. We regret we can not yet accept foreign
credit card payments, as we can not verify addresses abroad. Please note that
foreign cheques are NOT ACCEPTED. Foreign duty and taxes are the customers responsibility.
We are not responsible for custom's confiscating any products. If any products
are not allowed in your country, you WILL NOT be reimbursed!
Q: What do I do, if my order does not arrive on time?
A: If your order was shipped by Next Day Courier, then it should arrive by
5.30 pm the following day. If you choose by Royal Mail Special Delivery
and you do not recieve it befor 13.30 pm, call us straight away...!
If
they
do not
attempt
delivery before 12.30 pm, we will reimburse your Postage (provided there is
someone at home when they call). For EU or Rest of World delivery we cannot
guarantee
delivery time or exact day. Packages usually take 3-4 days, but please allow
14 days to tell us that you have not received it as we can not claim for lost
items
until after 14 days.
Q: How do I return goods?
A: If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within seven days
for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in
their original packaging and must be UNUSED or UNWORN. (This is in addition
to your statutory rights) Please note that we do not pay the cost of return
postage, products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid
to our address. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE
from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a lose.
