You will need a valid debit or credit card we accept the following cards VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, SOLO, MAESTRO. If you do not have a debit or credit card you can send a cheque or postal order. With private cheques we have to wait 10 working days for the bank to clear the transaction. If you are sending in please call us first on 0870 3308460 (overseas / local 0044 (0)1462 650740) and we will reserve the items for you and give you a total price including postage for the cheque to be made out. We do have problems with some overseas Credit cards and we do except wire transfers direct to our bank email us what you need and we will give you the details you need.
To process an order we need the main card number this is the number running across the centre of the card. We also need the expiry date i.e. 05/08. With solo and maestro cards we will also need the start date and/or the issue number this is normally found on the front of the card at the bottom. We will also need the security number this is on the back of the card on the signature strip we need the last three numbers. Important We also need the address that the card is registered to i.e. were the statements get sent to. This is a new feature as we now have to enter address details into out PDQ machines to help prevent fraudulent transactions.
We do a billing address verification, if the details you give us DO NOT match, we will hold your order until we can contact you by telephone, post or email. If we can resolve the problem by these means then your parcel will be despatched. With all orders over £500 we will telephone to speak to the card holder to ensure they are aware of the purchase. This is done to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
We will pass on all the details (email, address, credit card number, etc) of any fraudulent orders to the relevant authority.

We do offer a price match policy if the other shop has the item in stock and it is not in a sale or special offer price then we will match it. You will need to call us to do this on 0870 3308460. We will need to look into the match and then call you back but we are willing to do this. We try to be competitive on pricing as we can be, but there is always going to be somebody trying to under cut us but we will match where we can.
To cancel an order please call us first 0870 3308460 . If the order has not been shipped out apox 3.30pm we can give you a full refund, If your order has been shipped but and you still do not what it you should either refuse the delivery when the delivery agent try’s to deliver the parcel, simply refuse the parcel and it will be sent back to us. Small items through royal mail you will have to send back to us yourself. You will then get a refund of the products NOT the postage costs. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to show on your bank statement.
Yes you can, we often put products up on the site before they are in stock like dvd’s, you can order these and we will put them on back order and ship it out as soon as it in stock, you will only be charged on the dispatch of the goods.
If an item is out of stock then yes we will try and get it for you. If the suppliers have the item in stock then it is normally 5/7 days delivery but if they are out of stock of the item then we will call or email you with expected delivery times on that item. We will not charge you for any out of stock items so you can have the chance to change the item or cancel the item at any time until it is despatched.
If you have an item on back order you can change your mine to something else or a different colour at any time just call us with order number or postcode and we will help you out.
We do not charge for any items until the day they are due to be despatched. This means that with back order items and out of stock items you will not be charged until they are in stock and ready to be shipped. So for split shipments for example you order a pair of bars and a stem and the stem is out of stock you will be charged for the bars and the shipping and then when the stem is in stock you will be charged for the stem and it will be sent to you post free.
