What is your returns goods policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. But please make sure all of the following apply.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be UNUSED or trial fitted as we can not sell this item on as new.

Clothing must be UNWORN and UNWASHED with tags on if fitted. Or it will be returned to you.

Shoes Must be unworn no dirt on the sole must come back in the box with no shipping tape or labels on them.

DVD’s must come back in UNOPENED packaging.

What is your exchange goods policy?

Same rules apply to exchanges as returns we will just deduct the cost of the goods off the item you are exchanging and give you a refund or charge the difference.

Who pays for the postage costs?

Please note that we do not pay the cost of return or refused parcel postage as this is a lost expense, products returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss. And it may be best to send items over £25 back insured.

If an item is sent incorrectly by us then we will pay the return postage this will be done once we receive the parcel back so that we know how much it has cost you to send back. If the item is a large item like Bike or frame then we can arrange for an item to be collected but please call us to check and arrange as there may be a charge.

How do I return a product?

When your order was shipped to you the documents enclosed label with your address on if this is refolded it has our return address on it which is.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or at least your name address and phone number with the parcel and a short note saying what you would like done, ie an exchange or refund, Please also include a contact telephone number so that we can contact you easily.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order please call us first 0870 3308460 . If the order has not been shipped out apox 3.30pm we can give you a full refund, If your order has been shipped but and you still do not what it you should either refuse the delivery when the delivery agent try’s to deliver the parcel, simply refuse the parcel and it will be sent back to us. Small items through royal mail you will have to send back to us yourself. You will then get a refund of the products NOT the postage costs. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to show on your bank statement.

Defective products?

If you feel that the product you have brought has a manufacturing defect, please feel free to call and find at what can be done 0870 3308460. Also lots of parts on bikes use threads unless made wrong threads do not wear out cross threading is not warrantee issue. Crash or accident damage is not covered as a defect product,
