Using the site

How do I use the site?

Ordering your Custom Riders products couldn't be simpler. Just browse the website using the CR Store Browser on the left hand side, then select category you are interested in. Example: Clothing this expands to show sub categories of clothing, so then pick a sub category of hats as the type of product you want to find. This is also filtering the brands at the same time to only show companies that make hats in the dropdown menu located in the CRMO tool bar. You can then filter products more or sort them.

Can I just search by the menus?

Yes alternatively you can use the CRMO Tool Bar to find or filter categories brands or keywords or a combination of all of them together. Or just type the part name model in the keyword search for the quickest find. If you know the brand you can go straight to it, under the 'brand' dropdown button then press Go, this will bring up all the items by that particular brand. When you see something you want just click the “MORE INFO” button to add it to your basket chose the size colour hit the “BUY” button. When you have found everything you need, proceed to show basket then on to check out. Note: It is always best to hit the “RESET” button to clear any other find that you may be half way through located at the right side of the CRMO tool bar as a “SMALL ROUND RESET BUTTON” with an arrow in or hit the home button.

Do you have it in stock?

If you click the “MORE INFO” button on a product it loads large image and lists size and colour variations . If it says “In Stock Now” in green this means it is ready to go that day only if we have a big run on a item will this be wrong. If it says “Awaiting Stock” in red this means it is either on order and will be with us soon or we have to place it on order this should take about 7-14 days. If an order is placed with one item in stock and one item out of stock we will send the one that’s in stock first and send the other when it comes in you will only be charged at the time of dispatch and only postage on the first part of the order we will sent the backordered item free postage as we did not have it in stock.

Can I filter items more?

Yes a new extra filter checker mark boxes that filter on special offers and in stock items only. There is a new reset button if you get lost and it goes back to home.

Can I sort items by price?

Yes you can. To use the new sort feature you must first find some products, then to put items found it to your preferred order of Price, Newest, Alphabetical order. There is a drop down menu at the top of the light blue results bar with the text string “product(s) found showing page 1-1”. Which is located right next to side banners.

Where are your newest products?

At the bottom of the CRMO Browser on the left hand side there is a sections for New product that have arrived in the last 30 days.

Do you have sale items or end of line items?

At the bottom of the CRMO Browser on the left hand side there is a sections for Sale items which is now broken down in to sections to make life easier this section is always changing and you never know when we might reduce something so keep a look out .

Can save an order and come back to it?

This is a new feature we have added to the site so you can browse added items to your basket then come back to show somebody else or just carry on /pay when you have more time. All you have to do is add items to your basket in the normal way then hit the show basket button hit the save basket confirm the save contents at the bottom of the page. Then hit the retrieve basket at a later time in the show basket window.

How do I know if I have something in the basket?

Items saved in your basket show up just under the CRMO time.

Crmo time what is this?

This is our current server time and this gets placed on your order so you can see what time it was placed, this also helps overseas customers with a time difference work out when orders are placed. And what other shops have time on them?
